OneDrive for Business and Office 365 ProPlus users get storage increase from 25GB to 1TB

In an official blog post, Microsoft has revealed that OneDrive for Business customers will see an increase in storage space from 25GB to a whopping 1TB, per user. Not to be outdone, Office 365 ProPlus customers will also get 1TB of OneDrive for Business storage, per user, as part of their Office 365 ProPlus subscription.

“Microsoft is committed to delivering the very best file sync and share solution as part of our commitment to creating the world’s most compelling cloud-first, mobile-first productivity experiences on the planet – beloved by end users and IT professionals, and delivered by hundreds of thousands of partners around the world,” Microsoft stated in an official blog post.

These storage changes will begin to roll out to customers over the next few months. Microsoft will also help organizations migrate content from their existing solutions to OneDrive for Business, in the next coming months.
