Over the past few days, we’ve seen a handful of new Windows 10 devices from several manufacturers as well as Microsoft. Over the weekend, the Taiwan-based Acer introduced some new Windows 10 devices, including the Aspire R 14 convertible notebook, and the Aspire Z3-700 portable all-in-one PC.

Both devices ships with Windows 10 as their operating system and are equipped with improved dual-digital microphone to offer users with an enhanced Cortana experience.
The Aspire R14 is a convertible notebook, offering users with a screen which can turn 180 degrees so it can also be used as a tablet. The machine is just 18.5mm think and weighs only 3.5 pounds so you can rest assured that it’s easily portable if you’re a frequent traveller. As for other specifications, the processing is handled by the 6th generation Intel processors paired with up to 8GB of RAM and SSD storage to offer users with improved performance and speed. It also has integrated MU-MIMO wireless technology which can offer users with up to three times faster downloads compared to other 802.11ac products, especially in crowded networks.
Next up is the Aspire Z3-700 all-in-one PC which is designed to boost user’s productivity, and can also be used a tablet, thanks to its 17.3-inch Full HD touch display, as well as an option of by Intel Pentium or Celeron processors, up to 8GB of DDR3L system memory, and SSD or HDD storage configurations to choose from.
The Acer Aspire R14 will hit retail in North America in late October with prices starting at US$699, in EMEA in late October with prices starting at €799. As for the Aspire Z3 AiO, it will hit retail in EMEA by the end of the year with prices starting at €599.
