MWC 2015: New Windows Phone devices from Coship and Cherry Mobile announced

Mobile World Congress 2015 has begun and Microsoft has briefly unveiled four new Windows Phone devices from Coship and Cherry Mobile.

Starting with the Coship BVC L08, this 4.5-inch LTE smartphone runs Windows Phone and will be available to partners from their regional OEMs with a global launch in April. The L08 features a Qualcomm 8916 Quad Cortex 1.2GHz processor, 4.5-inch 480×584 display, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of storage. Coship also has the BVC X1, a 5.5-inch 4G LTE smartphone that runs Windows Phone and is water-proof and dust-resistant. It also features a 13MP camera, dual flash, heartbeat detection, 2600mAh battery, and a Qualcomm 64-bit Quad core 1.2Ghz  processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.

Coship BVC X1

Cherry Mobile has launched the Alpha Neon, a Windows Phone device that comes in cyan, yellow, red, line, and ivory. The Alpha Neon features Dual SIM and will be available in the Philippines. Cherry Mobile also has the Alpha View, a 6-inch Windows Phone device available in either black or white. This device features Dual SIM and will also be available in the Philippines.

Pricing and details for the Cherry Mobile devices have yet to be revealed. Stay tuned!
