Microsoft is gearing up for a very busy month as the company has sent out invitations for Windows 8’s official October 25th launch. On top of that, Microsoft will be having a “Surface Reception” around midnight, as the device officially launches.
So what we know for sure is that Windows 8 is expected to launch October 25th, starting 10AM and ending at 3PM in a launch event taking place in New York. On top of that, Microsoft is expected to launch the Surface tablet around midnight. Microsoft has already begun to set up some pop-up stores that will accommodate the launch of the Surface tablet, while other stores will begin selling the Surface device the following day. Anyone excited for Windows 8 and the Surface tablet’s launch?
