If you’re having issues accessing Microsoft 365 services right now, you’re not alone. The software giant has acknowledged that several Microsoft services including Microsoft Teams, Azure, Dynamics, and Xbox Live may be inaccessible for some users due to a DNS issue, and the company is currently working to mitigate impact.

We’re investigating a potential DNS issue and are evaluating our mitigation options.

Microsoft will provide live updates about these intermittent issues on the Microsoft 365 Status Twitter account, the Microsoft 365 Health Status page, and the Azure Status website. If you’re an Xbox gamer, you can also get live updates on the Xbox Status site. As of this writing, the Xbox team has acknowledged various issues affecting Xbox Live sign-in, multiplayer gaming, Cloud Gaming, and Store and subscriptions.

In the latest update posted on Twitter a couple of minutes ago, the company said that it has “rerouted traffic to our resilient DNS capabilities and are seeing improvement in service availability. We are continuing to investigate the cause of the DNS issue.” The company plans to publish another update in an hour or earlier as events warrant.
