Microsoft Bookings app spotted in Apple Appstore

Earlier in July, Microsoft introduced a new appointment scheduling service for Office 365 business customers called Microsoft Bookings. The new tool allow enterprise users to set up a web page that customers can use to book appointments in a centralized calendar. Once it’s done, Microsoft Bookings can send customers email confirmations with an option to add the event to their calendar, but there are several other features including confirmations and reminders, re-scheduling, cancellations and more.

While Microsoft Bookings was only accessible from the Office 365 dashboard so far, Microsoft has now released an iOS app to let business users use the service on the go (via With MSFT). Here is the app’s official description:

Microsoft Bookings is an appointment scheduling app that helps you keep track of your bookings, your staff and your customers. You’ll never miss an appointment, and you’ll have fewer no-shows.
With the Bookings app you can:

• View and manage your calendar
• Create bookings or make changes to existing ones on-the-go
• See real time availability of your staff members
• Respond to customers quickly and easily
• Quickly get directions to where your next booking is
• Manage your customer list

The apps seems only available in the US for now, and remember that you will need an Office 365 Business Premium account to use it. If you already tried Microsoft Bookings, let us know in the comments if you’re looking forward to use this app on your iPhone.

Thanks Tom for the tip!
