Microsoft just released the new Games with Gold lineup for December and all Xbox games are available to play on Xbox One, as well as the new Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles. Use clues to solve the mystery and catch the Raven in The Raven Remastered or take out waves of enemies in the shooter platformer Bleed 2.

Two Xbox 360 games are available via via Backward Compatibility with Games with Gold. You can attempt to shoot the Devil in the face in Saints Row: Gat out of Hell, and solve complex puzzles as a nesting doll in Stacking. December’s lineup provides over $74 dollars in value and up to 3200 in Xbox Gamerscore.

If you’ve been slowly losing interest in Games with Gold announcements in recent years, you’re probably not alone. Games with Gold is being quickly eclipsed by Xbox Game Pass, which regularly gets AAA games, such as Red Dead Redemption 2, as well as all of Microsoft’s first-party games on launch day.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which combines Xbox Game Live Gold with Xbox Game Pass for Console and PC is truly excellent value, and we remind you that you can still get your first month of subscription for just $1. Be sure to check out all the Black Friday deals, including Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, games and more.

Would you prefer Microsoft to put an end to Games with Gold for good to spend more resources on Xbox Game Pass? Sound off in the comments below.
