Lucky Grunt Who Survived All Four Halo Games Is Interviewed In New Xbox Ad – onmsft.com

Halo on Xbox One

You know it’s hard out here for a Grunt. There are sticky grenades raining from the sky, ghosts running over your family and friends, and Master Chief and running around with a shotgun. It hardly seems fair for the little Grunts but through the first four Halo games they are forced to flail their arms in the air and hope for survival. Microsoft’s latest commercial for Halo: The Master Chief Collection has an interview with the “the only Grunt to survive every battle with the Master Chief.”

The ad is a bit tongue and cheek but it’s clever. They accuse the lucky Grunt of hiding and running from every battle while he denies that it’s him running and claims that he is faster and smarter than Master Chief. Here’s the full advertisement.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection allows users to play through every battle with Master Chief from the first four editions of the Halo series. It’s currently bundled with the Xbox One for $349.
