It’s hard work getting alcohol into the bellies of the masses, that’s why carlsberg chose office 365

Carlsberg as you may very well know is one of the largest brewing companies in the world. The Denmark-based company has over 20,000 employees globally and has since introduced their “GloCal” initiative which aims to increase business efficiency while staying true to their roots and traditions.

In order to realize this initiative, the company has implemented Microsoft’s Office 365 cloud-based productivity suite. Office 365 will allow employees to email and schedule tasks with Exchange Online; conference, instant message, and collaborate virtually with SharePoint Online; in addition to making use of the Yammer social network.

“One way we are helping our employees work better together is by deploying Office 365. No matter what device or distance, the cloud is breaking down traditional barriers so we’re better able to focus on brewing the best beer in the world” said Etienne Dock, vice president of IT architecture and sourcing at Carlsberg.

With the company growing and expanding, it’s no surprise that they are making use of an efficient and proven productivity suite to better achieve their business goals. You can read the fine print of the collaboration and what this means to Carlsberg by following the source link below
