HTC Dot View app gets updated for the holiday season if you own a Dot View case

The HTC Dot View app got a new update recently as many other apps have just in time to celebrate the holidays. This time around, you can choose a holiday theme option on your HTC One M8 to see your HTC Dot View case instantaneously transform on Christmas or even Christmas Eve. It will be great to see what kind of holiday theme this will be, but I guess we will have to just wait and see. This newest update brings new notification options, including notifications from the following apps:

  • Facebook
  • Messenger
  • Skype
  • WhatsApp

These new notifications supplement the notifications that are readily available like Phone, Text Messages, Voicemail, and Mail. Now when you get someone posts a Facebook message to your wall, you won’t have to turn on your phone! It looks like HTC is finally finding new ways to improve on their Dot View case. I look forward to more improvements in the future.

Do not forget to download the Dot View app in the link below!
