Earlier this month, HP introduced its brand new Pavilion PC portfolio of convertibles, notebooks and desktops featuring the latest Intel or AMD processors and graphics, upgraded displays and more colorful designs. However, the PC manufacturer also had other products in the pipeline as the company just revealed today a new range of Windows 10 gaming PCs with their upgraded OMEN by HP line-up.

HP latest gaming PC line-up includes two different OMEN laptops, the OMEN desktop and the OMEN by HP 32 display. As expected, all devices feature a bold (but quite elegant) look and powerful hardware to allow players to have the best gaming experience. Let’s dive into the details below.

15.3” and 17.3” OMEN laptops

The new 15.3” and 17.3” OMEN laptops (available in Full HD and 4K IPS display options) feature a Dragon Red backlit keyboard and a dual fan design to keep things cool. Inside, gamers will find an NVIDIA GTX graphics (up to 965M), up to 6th Generation Intel Core i7 quad-core processors and up to 16GB of memory. Storage options are quite flexible with up to 512GB PCIe SSD or up to 2TB for single storage options or dual storage options with up to 4TB HDD and 128GB SSHD9 on select models.

Other interesting features include an optional Intel RealSense Camera for 3D experiences and to enable gesture control apps to interact with the PC when gaming, audio tuning by Bang & Olufsen and HP Audio Boost technology for added depth on dual speakers.

The OMEN desktop

This powerful and stylish desktop computer features Intel Core i7-6700K processors (with overclocking capabilities in select models), up to 32GB memory and up to 512GB SSD or up to 3TB of HDD storage. Gamers will also be able to choose between up to NVIDIA GeForce 1080 or AMD Radeon R9 390X graphics cards. For the best performance, there is also an optional liquid cooling.

HP also made the OMEN desktop upgradeable with tool-less access to the hardware to allow for easy customization. Last, HP even included an LED that reacts to performance levels depending on customization by the gamer.

The OMEN by HP 32 Display

This 32” Quad HD display is a good companion to the OMEN desktop PC as it features wide-viewing angles and 100 percent sRGB color space for true-to-life color. The display also supports the AMD FreeSync technology for a smoother gaming experience.

The new OMEN platform offers the features gamers rely on – power for battling on the go, graphics for smooth gameplay and advanced thermal cooling to tackle the latest AAA games. The OMEN by HP delivers gamers what they need to strike first, and last.”

All these devices will start to become available in July:

  • The OMEN Laptops will be available on HP.com and Best Buy on July 10. The 15.6” diagonal laptop has a starting price at $899.99, and the 17.3” diagonal laptop will be available for as low as $979.99.
  • The OMEN Desktop will be available on HP.com and select retailers in August.
