It looks like Microsoft is planning to launch its new Insider Program as early as next week, according to Neowin. Screenshots leaked from what appears to be the preview website for the Windows Technical Preview reveal what the Insider Program actually is, being a program for enthusiasts to “get the latest preview builds as soon as their available.”

Neowin claims that Microsoft may be planning to launch the Windows Insider Preview as early as next week, which means we could definitely see a Windows Technical Preview launch next week for the public to use. Microsoft is set to unveil the biggest changes to the desktop in Windows Threshold this Tuesday at its September 30th “Windows Next” event.

As WinBeta has reported in the past, the Insider Program has been put in place to iron-out people who wish to just ‘play’ with the builds, as MIcrosoft wants feedback and information from users who are planning to use Threshold. This is good, as it means Microsoft is ready to listen to what you have to say, instead of ignoring it like they did with the development of Windows 8.
