Halo 4 will be released on PC on November 17, completing the PC version of Halo: MCC anthology that brought us all Halo games from the Bungie era in less than a year. Indeed, Halo: Reach, the first game in the collection was released on PC on December 3, 2019.

Halo 4 will officially arrive on PC as a part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, on November 17.

The PC version of Halo 4 will launch alongside the Xbox Series X/S optimized version of Halo: MCC, which was announced last month. Halo 4 and the rest of the Halo games in the collection will support 120FPS in Campaign and Multiplayer on Xbox Series X and Series S consoles, and Microsoft also announced split-screen improvements and up to 4K graphics for all games on the Series X. All Halo games in the Master Chief Collection are free to play with Xbox Game Pass on Console, and the PC version of Halo 4 is also available for purchase for $9.99

The next update for Halo: MCC on PC and Xbox One to be released on November 17 will also introduce support for cross-play multiplayer, keyboard and mouse support on Xbox consoles, as well as input-based Matchmaking. 343 Industries is still working on many other new features including per game Audio options, additional Mod Support on PC, as well as Steam account linking, HDR and Split Screen support. You can read more about what’s on the roadmap in the latest MCC development Update published on October 30.
