Get hands-on with an Xbox One in a Microsoft store

The launch of the Xbox One is not far off now — but at the same time, 22 November seems like an eternity away! If you just cannot wait to try out the latest console, just head down to your nearest Microsoft retail store. From now, right up until launch day and beyond, you can try out the Xbox One for yourself.

Every single retails store in the US and Canada is participating in the preview program — check out the store finder to see where your nearest one is. In store you’ll be able to try out the improved controller and try your hand at Forza Motorsport 5.

There is a contest running with some great prizes up for grabs. The winner of the sweepstake can take home a Forza Motorsport 5″ Living Room package complete with a Forza Motorsport-branded play seat, Polk Audio N1 Gaming Sound Bar, Thrustmaster TX Racing Wheel Ferrari 458 Italia Edition, and $2,000 gift card to use toward completing the living room with a big screen TV.

Major Nelson himself will also be making an appearance at the new stores at Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas and at Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City when they open later this month.
