Recently, the LTE-enabled Nokia Lumia 635 landed on T-Mobile. Well, thats not the only carrier to see the phone, as the handset is also expected to launch on AT&T in the coming weeks. For those of you who don’t remember, the handset popped up on Microsoft Store a few weeks back for both T-Mobile and AT&T, a listing which was later removed as it contained inaccurate information as per Microsoft spokesperson.
A few days later, T-Mobile officially announced the handset, and it reappeared in the Microsoft store with the AT&T variant no where in sight. Well, it does exist, and the well-connected @evleaks has posted an alleged press render of the device with an AT&T logo on the back to prove this.
The budget-friendly Windows Phone 8.1 offering from Microsoft comes with a 4.5-inch display, a quad-core Snapdragon processor with 512MB of RAM, 8GB of storage, a microSD card slot for expansion, 5MP camera for photos and videos and a 1,830 mAh battery to make sure there’s enough juice for the handset.
There’s no official word from Microsoft or AT&T, but it seems the release of the Lumia 635 on AT&T is imminent. There’s no word about the availability or the pricing, but it shouldn’t be too high. We’ll update you as soon as it gets official.
