Tembo the Badass Elephant is the newest game available for the Xbox One, according to Major Nelson. The game is a 2D side-scrolling elephant action adventure game where it is Tembo’s job to save Shell City from the evil Phantom Army, and created by Game Freak, the mastermind game developer behind a number of Pokemon games.
The Sega-produced game reminds me of a combination of Viewitiful Joe and Sonic the Hedgehog. Tembo the Badass Elephant features 18 action-packed levels with the sense of humor of 1980’s action movies.
It’s available now for Xbox One for $14.99, and Xbox Live Gold members get a special 10% discount. There is a 15 minute free trial available to try-before-you-buy.
