It was nearly two years since Microsoft released a flagship device and now that the Lumia 950 XL is finally available, here are some ways to keep it safe. With a massive 5.7 in glass gorilla display and a polycarbonate body, there is quite a bit of phone that needs protecting. There are quite a few options available to keep the Lumia 950 XL safe, but here are five of the best cases we’ve found.

\n

Olixar

\n

Olixar Armourdillo’s protective case provides two layers of defense. The case includes a TPU polymer skin that is covered with a polycarbonate exoskeleton. This case comes is either black, red, or blue and has a built in kick stand for the phone.

Olixar also offers a Leather-style wallet case for the Lumia 950XL. This case fits around the back of the device, wrapping around to the front, with two pockets to carry credit cards. This case can also be used as a kick stand, but is only available in black.

\n

Mozo, Microsoft’s official designer for Lumia 950 XL cover accessories, provides a number of protective cases crafted specifically for this phone. As a part of Microsoft’s desire to provide users with features they wanted, such as replaceable batteries and Micro SD expansion, the Lumia 950XL’s simple design allows for a removable back and replaceable covers by Mozo.

Mozo’s Genuine leather flip cover also comes in Cognac and acts as a replacement back cover for the Lumia 950 XL. This case also provides a sleeve to house credit cards or personal identification and is sealed with a magnetic cover to flips around the bottom of the device.
