Throughout the last two weeks, we have been closely covering a series of popular apps on Windows 10 from across the Windows Store. While we’ve already visited the top productivity, security, travel, and health and fitness apps, today we turn our attention towards food and dining. What follows is a look at 5 popular food & dining apps for Windows 10.

Kitchen Tools:

\n

When you’re in the kitchen there is a lot to accomplish, and staying organized is one of the keys to making a delicious meal. Thankfully, with the Kitchen Tools app, you can keep your cooking and shopping organized to accomplish just that. One of the greatest struggles of being a chef (or even a mom or dad) is figuring out what to cook for the family, kids, or guests. This Universal Windows 10 app helps solve that problem by giving your recipes and recommendations based on your tastes. Pizza Hut:

Let’s face it, not everyone is the perfect chef.  If you’re one of these people, then the Pizza Hut app is for you. This app is built around Pizza Hut’s website, and lets you order pizza, check out your local Pizza Hut’s menu, and explore daily deals. For faster checkout for the next time you’re hungry, you can even add in credit card options to the app without creating a Pizza Hut account.

OpenTable:

One of the biggest problems with dining out is that a table might not always be available at your favorite restaurant once you’ve left the house and arrived there. With the OpenTable app, this problem will be history. OpenTable helps you book a table at restaurants across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

\n

The app is simple to use, and all it takes is to choose a date, time, and party size to see all the available restaurants in real time, in a list, and on a map. You can even narrow your search based off your favorite neighborhoods, types of cuisine, or the price you are willing to pay. As an added bonus, you can use the app to browse menus and reviews, and even make out of town reservations for when you’re traveling away from home.

Not everyone can handle (or be responsible) when faced with a cup (or more!) of an alcoholic beverage. If you’re planning to make non-alcoholic beverages to go along with a dish for for folks as such, then this is the app for you. The app features over 200 alcohol-free drink recipes to choose from, and has the ability to save drinks to the favorites menu for quick access later on. You even can share, search, and record comments against certain recipes, and use a map to search for store locations.
