Telegram Messenger Beta is a popular instant messaging client for Windows Phone, allowing users to get in touch with their friends and family, ability to create a group of over 200 people (if that really matters to you), Secret Chats where the messages are encrypted and you can set it to auto-delete, as well several other features.

The app picked up an update, bumping it to version 1.12, introducing a number of new features and privacy enhancements including the ability to send any type of files in the Secret Chat, as well as a new bot API for people who want to create bots for games, and other integrations.
